Season 2026-27 T20 Competition Expressions of Interest

                                                                 SAWTELLCRICKET CLUB T20 SEASON 2026-27

Welcome to the T20 Competition for this season, this year there will be 9 teams competing with the competition being run on Thursday nights with regular games from 5^th November 26 through to 14^th January 27, if successful, finals will be played over the remaining weeks in January.

Again, this year the club will be entering 2 teams, Sawtell Blue and Sawtell Gold and hopefully we can be as successful as last year.

Due to rising registration and administration costs associated with participating in the competition as it is an additional competition outside the regular competition the club has decided to introduce a small playing fee for those wishing to play to assist the club in meeting its financial commitment to participate in the competition.

This season the club has opened the competition to playerswho wish to only participate in playing T20 and a separate fee structure hasbeen agreed on to cover Insurance and playing fees.

Fee Structure

To make your ability to play T20 we will have a flexible Fee structure.

1.     Registered players wishing to commit to the full 9 games.

A fee of $50 is payable at the commencement of the competition and covers all games and can be paid by cash or card.

2.     Registered players who wish to be flexible on when they can play or Fill-in players.

A fee of $10 per game will apply and paid when a home game is played at Richardson Oval, this could cover 1 or 2 weeks and again it can be paid by cash or card. If a player plays 5 casual games no further fees will apply.

3.     Casual players not regular season players Fee

A fee structure has been established for players who still wish to enjoy playing cricket but cannot commit to a regular season and only play T20.

A Fee of $120 will apply for all 9 games, this fee covers Insurance and playing fees.

The fee structure is applicable to both Senior and Junior Players.
